It seems like there are still plenty of marching band products out there that are made by Tama. I remember when I did a short stint in our Junior High School Marching Band, Tama was a brand that we heard about and used a lot.
I am currently looking for a decently priced sound activated lights to purchase for my cousin Rachael for 15th Birthday. March is right around the corner and will be here in a blink of an eye. She is a Freshman in their local high school and it looks like she is totally into it and I would like to help nurture that aspect of her life, if and when possible.

It’s amazing all of the goodies that you can find online for musicians these days. I could spend hours and hours looking at them all, so many of them I really haven’t a clue as to what they are much less how to use them! Makes me feel old saying that, sigh…
Are you familiar with the hit television show Divorce Court’s, Judge Lynn Toler? I recently discovered that is Judge Toler is also a writer and has written a good amount about both marriage and divorce, something that I would think she knows a lot about. In a recent magazine article, she has written about four particular signs that a marriage has hit the skids. I thought it was pretty interesting information for people to look out for.
When the couple begins to live “around” one another rather than “with” one another. They have become completely disengaged from each other.
There never seem to be small issues. Every little argument leads to an all out war.
Arguments are not about issues anymore, all disagreements seem to end in personal attacks.
One or the other “checked out.” When their life is lived elsewhere and their sense of satisfaction comes exclusively from things outside the marriage, which could be a mistress, their job or even a video game, it’s time to wave the white flag.
It’s a well-known fact that they make it way too easy to get married these days and then turn around and make it nearly impossible to get out of that marriage. These days the Internet is a very valuable tool for folks that are experiencing any sign that their marriage has hit the skids. There is a ton on information about divorce as well as a ton of lawyers out there, many that can be found online, that can help you during your time of marriage crisis.
My good friend Penny had to find a Lewisville divorce lawyer last year in which she turned to the Internet and Googled “Dallas family law” in a matter of minutes she came up with all she needed to know about the Plano divorce attorney that she ended up hiring and couldn’t be happier with the whole staff and the whole process that she needed help with. She is a much happier person now that all that is over and done with. We chat on Facebook at least once a week since she lives all the way down in Texas and neither one of us has the time or the money for such a trip that would take at least 2 days to complete, possibly 3 days, you never can tell when it involves Penny.
I am exhausted and still have a handful of presents to wrap before I can go to bed. Tomorrow will be a busy day. Looking forward to a few hours with my sister’s family and then a visit to the nursing home to share a nice dinner with my granny and my mom. The food is actually very good – and I don’t have to cook it or clean up afterward.
Then I will go to my brother’s house and hang out for a while with the whole fam damily. I always enjoy watching his kids play with their toys and games. They are so competitive but have learned to be good sports and are very generous with sharing their toys as well as their expertise on the different video games.
It’s good to see that the enclume pot rack that I bought my mother several years ago was such a hit for her and her kitchen that I have been spending a good amount of time in this last week. My mother has always taken such pride in her cooking and now that she hasn’t been up to doing much of anything I have been trying to fill her shoes to the best of my ability and without dishonoring her along the way.
My mother’s kitchen has never been big enough to keep her happy so one year I decided to look at those enclume pot racks that are all the rage these days, so that she could hang up a good amount of her pots and pans on it and use her precious cabinets for other necessary things for today’s busy cooks in their kitchens. I was glad to find a good selection of enclume potracks online at that time and got them just in time to give to her for Christmas that year. She was so totally thrilled and made me very proud of my choice for that particular gift giving holiday.
